Toluene Diisocyanate TDI
Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) has two isomers: 2,4 - toluene diisocyanate and 2,6 - toluene diisocyanate.
TDI is a white or pale yellow liquid, has a strong pungent smell that has accumulated in the body and latent , It has a strong stimulating effect to the skin ,eyes and respiratory .If you Breath in steaming of TDI, it cause bronchitis ,lung edema ;If the skin get in touch with TDI ,it cause dermatitis ;TDI does badly heart to eyes or even blind .the long-term exposure to TDI can cause chronic bronchitis . If you are hypersensitive , it may cause asthma , breathing difficulties and coughing .

TDI must be stored in dry nitrogen seal, a symbol of the metal container and the container placed in a cool, ventilated place, away from heat, fire and dangerous goods. Storage temperature is not higher than 45 °C , if the packaging or crystal ice bucket of TDI, do not directly heated by fire or steam containers to place them in the warm air melt naturally.
TDI has some volatility, the use of TDI vapor inhalation when the ban to prohibit contact with skin or swallowed in order to avoid poisoning.
